In order to change your life and make the most of 2016 we have compiled a list of Five life changing New Year’s resolutions that everyone should follow. These are simple things that everyone can do. No we do not want you to quit smoking, although maybe you should. These resolutions are very realistic and you can follow them if quiet easily if you choose to. It won’t be so hard trust me.
1) Smile More
Smile, it confuses people. But seriously you need to smile more. It is a great exercise for your face and will help you fight off depression. It is a healthy habit and a great New Year’s resolution. A smile on your face will make the room a better place to be in. It is contagious and will spread all over. Try it if you do not believe me.
2) Maintain a Health and Fitness Regimen
Health is wealth, or so I am told. You need to make your life more healthy and keep yourself fit. It is not something very demanding once you get into the routine. Once you make a healthy routine and follow it religiously it will come easily like everything else that you do. In the end you will not feel like it is a work out at all. It will all blend into your daily things to do and nothing more. Fitness is not as hard as some people would think.
3) Schedule Personal Time
Study shows that the most productive people are not those that are the most busy. In fact people that take time out of their work for themselves are more productive than people that are caught up between phone calls and deadlines. Make it a New Year’s resolution to take time out of your busy life and do something for yourself. Change is good.
4) Don’t Commit to Things you can’t do
If you are not comfortable doing something then let it be. Its as simple as that. Do not go out of your and commit to something that you will not be able to do. Remember that your word is your bond. Breaking promises and commitments is never taken lightly.
5) Use your Calendar
When it comes to planning and setting goals your calendar is your best friend. Use it to your advantage but the trick is not to make the goals but following them accordingly. Make goals that are realistic. You are not going to buy a Ferrari in your freshman year. Make goals and stick to them. Do not back down. This is something that will change your life in 2016. If you choose to make it a part of your life and your New Year’s resolution.
These were the Five Life Changing New Year’s Resolutions everyone should have for 2016. Like I said they are very simple and realistic now whether you follow them or not is up to you. For now have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
