The day was September 23rd, 2015 when Pokras Lampas in collaboration with the Smokin Heroes painted the world’s biggest Calligraphy artwork on top of a chocolate factory. Making something we had never seen before in our entire lives. Nothing came even close to what they had created. The team covered 1625 square foot of area and used 730 liters of paint. The whole task was completed in a short time of only two days. That is no time at all if you compare it to the work that they have done and what they have created. Here is the world’s largest calligraphy masterpiece on a factory roof top.
The artwork is done with white paint over a black background. The classic black and white is both appealing and visible from a distance. The artwork itself is so huge that it can be seen from quite a distance. The video that we have featured in this post shows how the artwork was made from scratch. The video is well made and it shows the calligraphy masterpiece from numerous angles and sides. The artist himself looks like he is putting no effort at all and all the movements he makes seems to be natural.
The artists seems to be just playing around with the paint until we see the masterpiece taking its form. The talent of the artist is very clear cut. It looks like it was no effort for him at all. But we know that this is just what was portrayed in the video and completing a task like this in such a short amount of time is indeed hard work no matter how skilled and talented the artist is.
This was the Worlds Largest Calligraphy Masterpiece on a Factory Roof top. Hope it was an experience you will remember and will be a source of inspiration for you.
